If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

None Faulty Item Returns

We offer 30 days return policy for any unwanted items, if received in good condition but you simply changed you mind (excluding coffee as it’s freshly roasted for order).

Items must be received in perfect condition including original unopened and undamaged packaging. After receiving and approved inspection, we will issue you a refund to your original method of payment. Item will need to be received back within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that all the none faulty item refunds will have our original shipping cost deducted from the refund.

We recommend to use secured tracked delivery option, as you remain responsible for the item until we receive it back. We reserve the right to refuse refund if the above guidelines are not followed.

Faulty/Damaged Item Returns

We also offer 14 days return policy for any items if were received defective or not as described upon delivery.

Please check all delivered items from your order and contact us immediately if you notify any damage or fault. Faulty/damaged item will need to be shipped back in original packaging and returned with detailed description of the fault within 14 days of purchase. After receiving and approved inspection, we will issue you a refund.
